Yoga for Arthritis – The Hips (Part 1)



Finally, a simple yoga-inspired sequence to help you start to build strength and mobility in the hips. I focus specifically on the muscles of the inner and outer thighs in this one (the abductors and adductors). The sequence will help you prior to moving on to more advanced yoga poses and is perfect for those with arthritis in the knees, hips, and back.
