This came out of a request from my nephew! A wicked little practice to stretch your hamstrings if you’re a runner, kickboxer, hiker or any kinda fitness fiend.

Tight hamstrings are very common for many of us and can result in lower back pain and tight hips. When the hamstrings are tight, they can in turn create tension in the hips and back.

It’s super important to stretch and lengthen the hamstrings so you can avoid injury, and ensure healthy range of motion and mobility. This yoga practice is for everyone who would like to gain hamstring flexibility. Enjoy this yoga flow!

Add this practice to ensure you protect and show some luuurve to your hammies.
