Upper Body Tabata | FIT FOR FALL



In this Upper Body Tabata Workout, we are going to be hitting every upper body muscle you have! Tricep, biceps, and all the shoulder heads. You will need: A variety of dumbbells, couch, chair or bench

Format:
Tabata – 20 sec work/10 sec rest, x8 rounds

Workout:
Tabata Warm Up -cardio

Tabata 1:
Updown plank jack
Tiny ball crunch

Tabata 2:
Tricep kickbacks
Tricep dips

Tabata 3:
Hinge, Row, Bicep Curl

Tabata 4:
Iron cross
Side to side weighted punch

Tabata 5:
Tricep chest press to overhead extension add leg lift

Tabata 6:
Forward leaning shoulder press
Valley press in-n-out

Tabata 7:
Wide row to front raise
Palms up bicep curl

Tabata 8: Cardio Round!

Tabata 9:
Powell Raise left then right

Tabata 10:
Chest press
Tate press

Cool down and Stretch!
