Today’s workout is an Upper Body Cardio Workout. It’s going to be a little bit different because we are going to be doing the whole thing from a chair.
This workout came about because I was chatting with a viewer who has a hip injury and isn’t able to do alot of exercises because of it. This I know is very frustrating when you are ready to lose weight and feel great in your body again. But it doesn’t have to be discouraging!
We can get our heart rate up and burn calories in many different ways, including not using our lower body at all!
