TDEE Calculators and Calorie Counting



My thoughts on TDEE calculators and calorie counting. I think the calculators might be useful for certain types of very structured and organized people, but I’m not one of those types and a lot of people might be similar.

I believe in nutritional awareness (caloric, macro, and micro) so that we can have nutritional incentives behind our food choices and start getting our average caloric intake to sane levels, but don’t believe we have to hit daily targets consistently to do that (at least to achieve reasonable results: pros might need more discipline).
