Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is a 25 minute Plank and Pushup Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for intermediate students and strong beginners. We strengthen the entire body with plank and pushup variations, standing poses, and the vinyasa sequence. Tone the entire body and get sweaty in this strong and energizing yoga practice.
