2016 is just around the corner and being healthy or weight loss is one of the most common new year resolutions. Let’s be honest with ourselves for one minute here. Most of us nowadays have an office job and most of us would probably join in a gym on Jan 1st then never use the gym again after a week or two. Life happens and all or nothing mentality can be harmful. It is important to recognize that it is not about perfection but about consistency. I want to show you how to be active at your desk without putting on gym wear and go to the gym every day. This office workout can be done at any time at your conveniences and you don’t have to follow a specific order either. Hopefully you find this workout fun and Happy New Year everyone!
