If you’ll bear with me as I learn how to record and edit, I’ll happily take you along a with me on this new, exciting chapter of my life.
This is how I begin some of my days — with a delicious, healthy, grains & kale smoothie, a dance cardio workout and some weight training. If I get up early enough, there’s time for some morning beach meditation ( otherwise known as shelling ).
