Killer HIIT Workout
Perform each exercise for 10 reps each one after the other with no rest followed by a 1-minute sprint on the treadmill. After you are done rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 5-7 rounds

1. Trap Bar Jump Squats – 10 reps 1:15
2. Kettlebell Swivel Swings – 10 reps 1:43
3. Explosive Depth Push Ups – 10 reps 2:16
4. Trap Bar Rows – 10 reps – 2:44
5. Multi-Directional Abs Wheel Roll Outs – 10 reps 3:12
6. Treadmill Sprints – 60 seconds 12mph – 3:46
