This #kettlebell #workout consists of 4 x 5-minute sets with at least 5 mins rest in between. First double bell jerk with 2 x 16kg, then one arm clean and jerk with 20kg, then double bell clean and jerk with 2 x 16kg, finish with one bell full snatch at 16kg.
This kettlebell workout is 20 minutes without the rest.
