Intense HIIT Stair Cardio Workout – Outdoor Workout # 2



Recently I have been doing outdoor cardio workouts and it is quite fun. One of my favorite forms of cardio is to combine plyometric movements with stair exercises. This 20 min HIIT workout is quite intense but is quite fun and goes by pretty fast. This is an interval training in the form of 15 sec rest and 45 sec work for total of 20 rounds.

Exercise 1: single step run

Exercise 2: jack squat

Exercise 3: double step run

Exercise 4: standing mountain climbers

Exercise 5: high knee step run

Exercise 6: mummy kicks

Exercise 7: bunny hop step run

Exercise 8: skaters

Exercise 9: triple step run

Exercise 10: high knee jabs

Exercise 11: single step run

Exercise 12: high kicks

Exercise 13: double step run

Exercise 14: snow board side hop

Exercise 15: high knee step run

Exercise 16: tuck jumps

Exercise 17: bunny hop step run

Exercise 18: half burpee

Exercise 19: triple step run

Exercise 20: jumping lunges
