Hi, I’m Linda with Fitness 19. I’m going to show you how to do a Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press. There are variations to this exercise, this is one of them. Your arms appear to the side at a 90 degree angle. And anytime you’re working with Dumbbells, you always want to take pressure off of your lower back. Have a slight bend in the knees. If that’s not comfortable, you want to take one leg in front of the other. So you’re taking the pressure off the lower back. You’re going to take it all the way up towards almost touches, and down, take it back up. You’re working the top of your shoulders and anytime you’re doing a press, you’re also working your triceps. All the way up, and down. And 2 sets of 12 repetitions. And that’s how you do the Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
