How To Do A Push Up ,If You Can’t Do One Now. So as I always say , I try to read all the comments on our youtube channel and respond to as many as possible.
One thing I have noticed over the past while is the large amount of guys and girls who are struggling to do a regular push up. Whether this be someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey or people who just at the moment don’t feel they have the upper body strength to perform one, it seems quite a common problem
Now I know that may seem strange to a lot of you and a lot may find push ups easy enough, depending on your fitness level of course
But ion this video I decided to address those common comments and push up problems a lot of you seem to be struggling with.
So today I am going to take you through a push up regression video.
The whole purpose here is to show you a few easier push up examples with the end goal being building up your upper body strength enough to be able to comfortably do full push ups
So give these a go , find one thats works best for you and practice , practice practice. Build up your strength with these and over time try to hit your first full push up , then a couple , then a few and so on
