Every 5 minutes for 40 Minutes
A) 50 Burpees
B) 50 Air Bike Calories (If you don’t have a bike ALTERNATIVES 4 minute run at 80% or 50 Rowing Calories)

PM: STRENGTH
– 6×4 Backsquat at 85% 1rm
– 20 Minute EMOM – 1 Hang Snatch at 80-85% 1rm
