This is a great home cardio workout with no equipment needed whatsoever! This home cardio workout contains five different moves that are very simple, but will get your heart rate pumping! You can do as many rounds of this at home cardio workout as you wish. Each round will take approximately 2 minutes and you can rest 30 seconds at the end of each round.
The best type of HIIT workout is no equipment cardio because it can literally be done anywhere. You can do this home cardio workout without equipment in your living room, in your yard, or anywhere you can find a set of stairs and a small amount of space.
Here are the exercises that make up this no equipment cardio workout:
1) Up and Down Stairs – 60 seconds
2) Punch Punch Squat Kick – 30 seconds each side
3) Forward and Back Jumps – 30 seconds
4) Side to Side Jumps – 30 seconds
5) 180 Turns – 10 reps
