This is fast-paced and FUN – it goes by very quickly.
This is fast moving, but short, so we’re burning about 75 – 125 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity).
⌛ HIIT timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds.
MAIN WORKOUT (complete all exercises in the set before resting, repeat each set twice before moving on):
Single Leg Squat and Press (each side) + Goofy Jacks
Press Up with Peek-a-Boos + Fast Feet
Split Squats (each side) + Jumping Jacks
Russian Twists + Mountain Climbers
Renegade Rows with Press Ups + Burpees
