PURPOSE of the Workout:
Building lean muscle and strength with a focus on toning the quads, hamstrings and glutes (thighs and butt); improving balance and coordination

This WORKOUT is Good For:
Beginners who want to build butt and leg strength; exercisers with weight loss, fat loss, body composition or other health and fitness goals

MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest; complete each exercise for one interval):
