Check out our, YouTube exclusive, Pilates Reformer Fitness workout. This workout is perfect for your fitness minded Pilates participants. It’s a complete workout. Some of the exercises are Traditional Reformer exercise, but many are variations that I really love (and hope you’ll like as well). The exercises are mostly intermediate, with some beginner and a few advanced. Remember that not all exercises are for all people, so be sure to pick the exercises that are right for your body. This workout is for trained Pilates Professionals. I highly recommend working, in person, with an instructor if you’re not a trained professional. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the client’s strengths and goals and the manufacturer your using.
