Full body kettlebell workout: World kettlebell video instructions

Hi,

thanks for being part of this world kettlebell video. First, don’t stress. Do what you can, I’d love it if you became part of this no matter what. I’ve designed one kettlebell workout that can be adjusted to all levels.

You only need to pick one of the below, but if you’re keen you can do all, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I’ve included videos so you can see the technique. The weight used is not important.

If any of the exercises are too difficult, leave them out, if you need a break, take a break, no need to rush it. If you want to do just one rep of an exercise, that’s fine too.

BEGINNERS
Dead start
5 x Swings
5 x front squat
5 x Press
3 / 3 x Reverse lunge and twist
(or just hold the kettlebell without twist)

INTERMEDIATE
Dead start
5 x swing
5 x Squat
5 x Press
5 x Overhead reverse lunge
(alternative racked reverse lunge)
Switch or dead start and do the other side

OPTIONAL
It’s optional, but if you feel comfortable talking on video, please repeat the following on Camera, preferably close-up so audio is good (get creative): Cavemantraining and kettlebells, uniting people from across the world. No color, no race, just strength, flexibility, power, agility, cardio, and health and happiness.

OTHER INFO

You can film with any recording device you have access to.

Make sure your whole body is in view, even when having a kettlebell overhead.

Please film horizontally, not vertically. If you can’t get your whole body in view, move the camera further away from you. I filmed with four big steps of distance between me and the camera.

Place the camera against something on the floor. Film up, with the camera leaning back in an approximate 15 to 20-degree angle.

The higher the quality of the footage, the better, if you can record 60 frames or more, even better. But don’t worry about any of this if it’s too complex, it’s all good in the end.

Film yourself perform the sequence once from the front, and one side on, side on with the right facing the camera (or film both sides if you like). All in all, it should only be less than 3 minutes of footage. You can of course practice before filming.
