Easy Simple Ab Workout at Home (Lazy Girl Fitness First Video!)



Hi, and welcome to Lazy Girl Fitness! In this video I’m showing you one of my very easy, simple ab workouts.

You can do this workout at home (what better place to workout??)

It’s also very quick and I’m giving you three different exercises.

Exercise 1 – Roll out your Yoga mat and do some good ole fashioned sit-ups! Some say sit-ups are bad for you, and they are if you do them wrong! Just keep your core tight and focus on the stomach muscles!

Exercise 2 – This is actually a tricep exercise as you can see in the video. But while you’re doing this you’re holding yourself up using your core. Trust me, your abs will be sore the next day!

Exercise 3 – This is an oblique exercise you can do with a small exercise ball. Perfect to do while you’re watching!

As you can see, I took two breaks to eat a snack and put my feet in the pool!

I don’t count reps or how long I do these exercises for. I just do them until I feel a burn (or fall asleep!!).
