Aquatic Fitness & Yoga classes are taught on a GlideFit Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUP) to deliver the benefits of core stabalization and the challenge of instability. During this class you will experience a combination of dynamic, flowing yoga sequences and low-impact, high-intesity workouts to build flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and overall fitness. Classes are 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of practitioners. Aquatic Fitness & Yoga is a great compliment to your existing fitness regime or for starting a new one.
