Performing a kettle bell swing isn’t as easy as it may appear.
So please watch this video as it might make the exercise easier for you to grapse so you can perform it safely.
I would recommend starting first with a band and then moving to a light kettlebell (6kg) and working your way up.
A variety of different methods can be used whilst exercising with a kettlebell.
If your a beginner then try to swing the kettle bell for 20 seconds at a time, with recovery inbetween.
Aiming to build either swinging for a longer period, or keeping the time the same, but increasing the weight.
