Part 1: 50:10
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Squat and Twist
3) around the world lunges
4) bird-dog
5)glute bridge
6) toe touch jacks
7) side squat curtsy lunge (right leg)
8) side shuffle with kick
9) side squat curtsy lunge (left leg)
10) 2 forgers, 2 shoulder taps
11) around the world vertical hops
12) power step up (right leg)
13) Squats: 3 low, 3 full, 3 hops
14) power step up (left leg)
15) high knee toe taps

Part 2: repeat 2x (50:10)
1) touchdowns
2) tire run
3) 3 switch lunges, 1 kick
4) 6 lateral hops, tuck jump across
5) V tucks

Part 3: Tabata (20:10 for 4 min)
jugglers // plyo Bulgarians

Part 4: 60 seconds of 10x mountain climbers, 2 star jumps
