BEGINNER KETTLEBELL WORKOUT: The Turkish Get-Up Flow



http://kettlebellinstitute.com.au: The Turkish Get-up is an incredible exercise that challenges the whole body. It is very technical in nature and we have broken the movement into stages so it can be learnt correctly.

It is important to learn the correct positions of the Turkish Get-up with no load before introducing the Kettlebell. We showcase the first half of the Turkish Get-up with an emphasis on the correct positions and angles of the body. We then have a continuum of progressions that involves no load, light pressure, supported load and then the ketllebell on its own.
