Build a strong CORE in just TEN MINUTES with this great STANDING ABS (+ bonus BUTT) workout. We’re strengthening our ABS and OBLIQUES and improving our balance skills, coordination and stabilization muscles with a few simple (but not easy!) single leg exercises.
Warm Up and Cool Down: NOT INCLUDED

It’s all standing and almost all abs (and the “almost” includes butt work, so that’s awesome, too)!
Where this fits into your routine:
Any time you need a quick functional core workout, this one fits right in.
Who can do this workout safely and well:
Pretty much anybody. It’s not easy, but it’s great practice for skills you might not currently have.
Not a lot, it’s only ten minutes! Plus, this is foundational work, not high heart rate, so probably around 50 – 75 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity)
MAIN WORKOUT (complete ten reps of each exercise):
Around the World Taps with a High Knee
Very Slow Soldiers
Standing Russian Twists
Side Crunch and Reverse
Single Leg Stand with a Twist
FINISHER (complete 20 reps on each side):
