Its an easy way to burn calories, burn belly fat, tone abs, and build muscle at the same time and also enjoy the beautiful weather. Its very intense and effective. This Abs Workout will work on your upper abs, lower abs and obliques . This routine starts with a HIIT Cardio workout, immediately after that you switch to muscle workouts, and then Abs workout. These are one of the best abs workout for fat burning you can do Outdoor with no equipment and be fit.

Exercise Routine: (Dumbbell Abs Routine)

Exercise 1Leg Raises with dumbbell Pass ( 20-30 Reps, 5 Sets)

Exercise 2: Burpees With Punch (30 Secs, 5 Sets)

Exercise 3: Dumbbell Sit Ups ( 20-30 Reps, 5 Sets)

Exercise 4Bound to back ward hop (30 Secs, 5 Sets)

Exercise 5: Ankle Biters (30 Secs, 5 Sets)

Exercise 6: Horizontal jack press (30 Secs, 5 Sets)

Repeat all exercises over and over again for 4 to 5 times to build strength. Try limiting the rest period to just 1 min. The purpose of this program is to push you beyond your limits, help you train efficiently with the most time available. no equipment workout total body workout.
