Testing the limits of the Brute Force Strongman Sandbag during a strength workout by loading it with kettlebells. It didn’t even make a sound on any of the lifts!

300lb Sandbag Set Up
I used two 32kg kettlebells, two 24kg kettlebells, and a 50lb sandbag insert. I recommend keeping the 50lb sandbag insert on the bottom of the bag so you don’t crush your toes with the kettlebells. I put each 32kg kettlebell on the ends and the 24kg kettlebells on top of the sandbag insert in the middle.

300lb Sandbag Deadlift Instructions
With your feet shoulder width apart (or less), bend at the hips, keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent. Reach down and grab the handles of the sandbag. Walk the sandbag back and forth until it rests on top of your feet. keeping your arms locked out, straighten your body while keeping your back straight by pushing your hips forward until you’re in a fully vertical position. Bending at the hips with your knees slightly bent, push your hips back and lower the sandbag while keeping your arms locked out throughout the exercise.
