60 MINUTE HIIT BOOTCAMP CRAZE! | FIT FOR FALL | Intense Bootcamp Workout



This is a very intense bootcamp style workout! We are taking 60 Minutes to do this Bootcamp Craze this morning and I just want to put it out there, that this is not a beginner workout, though if you are a beginner, I do have a playlist for you that you can choose something from, so that you’re still moving daily!

You will need: A variety of dumbbells, skipping rope

Format: There are a few different formats today. Check below to see what each segment contains!

Segment 1: Descending Ladder
60,50,40,30,20,10 seconds of work (circling through 4 different exercises)
Pushup ankle tap
High knees
Seated bicycles
Jumping jacks

Segment 2: Ascending and Descending Ladder -5 minutes
Count reps from 1-10 on one exercise, and from 10-1 on the other.
Here are the 2 exercises: Up down plank and full sit ups

Segment 3: Hell Ladder
1 Min skip
50 Db swings
1 min skip
40 squat jacks
1 min skip
30 Scorpian
1 min skip
20 Reverse lunge press
1 min skip
10 ninja rolls
THEN, back up the ladder!

Segment 4: 30/60 Combo
8 exercises, alternating 30 sec on one, 60 sec on the next. Then we repeat everything , starting with the 60!
