This quick sweat cardio workout will have your heart pumping and have you pumping out lots of sweat in just 20 minutes. With 15 INSANE moves, we’re really going to BRING IT in this quick workout, which features no tuck jumps, burpees, or push-ups. Let’s get it, homie.
